This article covers how to buy inventory for your selected products, and the options available to you based on the subscription plan you have. Our catalog includes hundreds of products to select from, and NDN offers some of the lowest MOQs in the industry for inventory to our members.


What is an MOQ?

MOQ stands for Minimum Order Quantity. This refers to the smallest number of units you can purchase per SKU in a single order. 

  • What is the process to place an MOQ/inventory order?
    • Placing an MOQ order is straightforward. You can purchase inventory with an MOQ directly through the "My Basket" section of our platform. This feature allows you to manage your stock easily and efficiently. 
  • What is our standard fulfillment timeline for MOQ orders?
    • Our standard fulfillment timeline for MOQ orders ranges from 8-12 weeks. However, many products may be available within 1-2 weeks. We will always contact you in advance with an estimate of production timelines. 
  • Can MOQ orders be refunded or cancelled?
    • Please note that once an MOQ order is placed, it cannot be cancelled and is not eligible for a refund (except in rare cases where we’re unable to fulfill the order - in which case we will contact you as soon as we can!)

Which products do not have an MOQ (aka Print-on-Demand)?

  • We offer 2 categories of products that do not require an MOQ, depending on the plan/subscription you're on: Signature Products and Ready to Ship
  • What’s the difference between Signature Products & Ready to Ship?
    • Signature Products are our top sellers for customers with a focus on selling sports nutrition (ex. gym owners, athletic organizations, personal trainers, fitness influencers/coaches, etc)These products are available at no MOQ for customers on a paid plan (free plan subscribers can still purchase them but will be subject to an MOQ). Any item marked as a Signature Product is available to paid subscribers as a Print-on-Demand option for samples/testing & targeting, etc. We will try our best to keep these SKUs in stock as print-on-demand options. Once you have determined the product is a solid choice for your customer base, you can place a bulk order for as little as 50 units to secure your own inventory and to get a bulk discount (discounts vary based on your subscription level).
    • Ready to Ship means we currently have inventory that is available for print-on-demand while supplies last. All plans (both free and paid) have access to Ready to Ship products!

How do I purchase?

Fulfillment options

  • When making your purchase, you'll need to tell us where you want your inventory to go! You can select either "Store in Warehouse" or "Ship to my Address." You can select this under the Order Summary on Catalog > My Basket
  • What is the difference between Ship to an Address and Store in Warehouse?
    • Ship to an Address:
      • This option delivers products directly to a specified address, whether it's your business location or a customer's address. Once shipped, the items leave our warehouse and are on their way to the destination.
      • Based on the weight of your order, you may also have the opportunity to select your preferred method of shipping, if there is more than one option available. The estimated delivery timeframes and costs will be displayed and calculated based on the products in your cart.
    • Store in Warehouse:
      • This option allows you to keep your inventory in our warehouse for future use. The products remain in storage, managed by our team, until you need to fulfill customer orders. This approach is ideal for managing inventory without the hassle of storing it yourself. 
        *Please note that fulfillment fees apply to each order fulfilled from the warehouse.
