The My Products area is designed to track the review status of your product label submissions while they are being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team.
Label Status
You can see the status of your product label right on the label submission thumbnail, and use our filtering options to search by product name, label approval status, or by label SKU.
Rejected Labels
If our Quality Assurance team needs to reject your label submission, they will provide feedback and let you know precisely what needs to be updated.
You can review the feedback from the Quality Assurance Team by opening the product in review and navigating to the Labels tab. You can also respond and upload any necessary supporting documents as well.
Approved Labels
Once your label has been approved, you can integrate your product with your store. It's a simple click to send your now-beautifully labeled product to your online storefront.
